    Features

    AWS E8015-B3L type hand welding electrode for heat resistant steel is a low sodium hydrogen type hand welding electrode, which still has excellent creep resistance under 550℃ high temperature and high pressure working conditions, and the electrode has stable arc, less splashing, good forming, easy de-slagging and excellent X-Ray performance. When welding, thick plate should be multi-layer welding, the temperature between the layers is not lower than the preheating temperature, welding should be finished at a time, it is better not to interrupt. If interlayer pause is needed, thermal insulation and slow cooling measures should be taken, and the same preheating measures should be taken before rewelding. During the welding process, attention should be paid to filling the arc pit, grinding the joint, and removing the arc pit crack (hot crack). The larger the current is, the deeper the arc pit is. Therefore, the welding parameters and the appropriate welding line energy should be selected in strict accordance with the welding process instructions.
